Aaron Legler
Aaron Legler is a Senior Healthcare Statistician with the Partnered Evidence-Based Policy Resource Center at the Boston VA Healthcare System. He joined the group in 2011 after earning his MPH with a focus in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in 2008. His work with PEPReC focuses on various aspects of clinical access and patient outcomes and satisfaction. He also has publications in conjunction with Boston University and Boston Medical Center evaluating healthcare outcomes of the Boston Medical Center patient population focusing on HPV vaccination adherence and promotion as well as treatment escalation factors for dermatology patients.
Prior to working as a healthcare statistician and informatics researcher, he worked at the Salk Institute in La Jolla CA evaluating the relationship between the human and mouse kinome. Before that he focused on pre-clinical oncology and toxicology research and also worked as an emergency/critical care veterinary medical technician.
