Aigerim Kabdiyeva
Aigerim Kabdiyeva joined the Partnered Evidence-Based Policy Resource Center (PEPReC) in April 2017 as a Senior Data Analyst. Aigerim's work at PEPReC focuses on evaluating the impact of retention incentives on provider turnover and understanding VA Community Care utilization patterns. Prior to joining PEPReC, Aigerim contributed to a number of health policy projects as a Graduate Research Assistant at Yale University and Rice University. Before becoming interested in health economics, Aigerim was an equity research analyst at Goldman Sachs. She received her BA degree in Economics from Wellesley College and MPhil degree in Economics from Yale University.
