David Biko

David Biko is a research analyst for the Partnered Evidence-based Policy Resource Center (PEPReC) at the VA Boston Healthcare System and a PhD student in Health Services Research at the Boston University School of Public Health. Most recently, before joining PEPReC, David was a consultant at Berkeley Research Group working on healthcare policy projects surrounding healthcare markets, payments, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to this, David worked on patient outcomes analysis at the Dell Medical School, University of Texas at Austin. He received his BSA from The University of Texas in Human Ecology and his Master of Health Administration from Columbia University. His research interests include the utilization of implementation science and behavioral economics on value-based payment reform, and healthcare access.
