Kyle Barr

Kyle Barr is a data analyst for the Partnered Evidence-based Policy Resource Center (PEPReC) at the VA Boston Healthcare System. He holds an MS degree in Applied Economics from the University of Rhode Island and a BS from the University of Connecticut. Kyle is responsible for providing analytical support for a variety of projects and producing econometric estimates that assess health outcomes and patient satisfaction. Prior to joining PEPReC in April 2018, Kyle worked as an economic analyst within the Antitrust Division of the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office, analyzing the competitive effects of mergers and other transactions, with a specific focus on healthcare.
